Mr. Wallace is the Director of Finance and has a background in visual arts, and law. David majored in Criminal Justice and Political Science and uses his degree in managing the Intrinsic Music Group business to business contacts. A former executive with Trans World Entertainment in New York, David’s understanding of music marketing and distribution is exceptional and it is fully utilized in his current position.
Mr. Evans is an instrumentalist/vocalist/producer extraordinaire. He attended Brooklyn College where he majored in Psychology and minored in Music. After performing and/or working with some of today’s top musical acts, in addition to working with some popular up and coming groups, Mr. Evans formed Intrinsic, dedicated to working with the truly “talented” artist. The list of popular performers that Mr. Evans has worked with is impressive: Tony Terry, Martha Walsh, En Vogue, Cover Girls, The Late Phyllis Hyman, Run DMC, Chaka Khan, BoysIIMen, Maurice White, Sandra St. Vincent (The Family Stand), Surface, and the late AAliYah to name a few. Martha Wash (Two Tons of Fun, Weather Girls, C&C Music Factory) was quoted saying, “He is a very intelligent/talented man, great fun to be around. He truly understands what the music business is about.” Mr. Evans has worked as a senior level executive in several major companies, directed/developed music videos, work on film/television and that experience shines through in everything that he does.
Pui W. Ho is a Senior Executive of the company and special assistant to Mr. Evans. Ms Ho, a native of Hong Kong born in Curacao, South America, is the Director of Marketing and oversees the A&R Department for the company. Ms Ho graduated from Baruch College and holds a degree in Marketing. While in college she also worked on, trained and assisted the stage crew on set design/construction for school performances. A calculative and professional executive, Ms Ho’s business sense and professionalism are beyond reproach. Ms. Ho designs marketing campaigns for the company and artists and promotes contacts worldwide. She has worked as an executive buyer for many years developing her knowledge of marketing and sales presentation in the fashion industry. This developed her skills as a marketing analyst and enabled her to design many of the Intrinsic Music Group marketing strategies. An invaluable member of the company, Ms Ho handles many of the company’s preliminary business contacts and is a designated company spokesperson.
Frank is a multi-talent business executive and has worked for a major worldwide distributor as a senior executive for the past 15 years. Now working with Intrinsic Music Group as the Manager of Business Affairs, Frank handles all business to business relations and coordinates all showcases, release parties, and special events for the company and artists. A master negotiator, Frank spends tireless hours talking to vendors and potential clients for the company and handles special events management.
Ms. Doczi acts as the IT platform manager and costume designer across all business functions. As
fashion designer her ability to create costumes on set while expanding her ever creative talents to web development has been an invaluable part of the team. Now working with
Intrinsic, her vision will be fully incorporated into our future business objectives.
